WELCOME TO OUR CAMP
Our camp is a tumbling, stunting, dance, jumps and sport-specific conditioning mecca. With trampolines, spotting belts, power floors, air floors, and top level instructors, this will be more than just your average camp experience. Learning, growing, and strengthening in cheer, acrobatics, and gymnastics will create a fun and lasting experience for all who attend. Our goal is to instill in our campers a desire to learn about the sport and maintain a healthy lifestyle while having fun.
Our camp focuses on:

* Tumbling (Fundamental and advanced)
* Multi-base and single-base stunting
* Basket-tossing
* Jumps and flexibility
* Dance and motions
* Conditioning strength training
* Team building and camaraderie
* Basic to advanced acrobatics
* Basic trampoline
